A Demonstration of the Work Flow:
“Five Minutes to a Picture Postcard”
by Dan Margulis

Dan Margulis has described a work flow that does a “color - contrast - color” process using the ten channels of an image, the Apply Image command with various blending modes and some quick use of curves and masks.

The process is described in detail in a six hour video teaching at Kelby Training as well as in two hour workshops at conventions such as at Photoshop World.

Using the images in this gallery, the "Five Minutes to a Picture Postcard" work flow process was used as a learning tool.

DISCLAIMERS:
* This photographer does not pretend to understand all steps in the process,
nor to have the depth of experience in color and Photoshop that are required
   by the process.
* The images selected may not be the best for showcasing the work flow.
* In the many choices during the process, decisions were probably made that were
   not always the best.

Nevertheless, this Before/After Gallery is offered to demonstrate the “Five Minutes to a Picture Postcard” work flow process.
